Texas Caviar
2 l5 oz. cans black eye peas
l/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup green pepper
garlic
l/4 cup white vinegar
l/4 cup sugar
l/4 cup veg oil
salt and pepperMix vinegar, sugar and oil until blended. Add garlic and salt & pepper. Add dressing to (drained) peas and veggies. Stir. Let marinade for 24 hours.
